Instructions in order of ingredients listed:
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 cups frozen strawberries
2 bananas
1 cup water
1 cup of ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients a blender and puree well.
Add more water if needed for smoother consistency.
Too easy, too good!
Strawberry Banana Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh strawberries
2 bananas
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut meat
1 cup of ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients a blender and puree well. Add more water if needed.
Blueberry Delight
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 bag of fresh or frozen berries (about 250 gram or 1 cup)
liquid stevia (optional)
Pure water
1/2 teaspoon of green powder (optional)
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender. Add enough pure water so that all ingredients are covered.
Super Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 bag of frozen blackberries (300 gr or 1 heaping cup)
2 cups pure water
1 dropper stevia (or to taste)
1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon camu camu powder
2 teaspoons green powder
1/2 teaspoon wheat grass powder
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1/2 stick vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
Mango Mania Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 mango
2 bananas
1-2 oranges
dash of lemon juice
1 tablespoon hemp seed
1/4 teaspoon green powder
ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Peel and pit the mango, cut into pieces. Peel and cut the banana and orange.
Just Peachy Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 peaches (pitted)
meat from about 1 young coconut (about 1/2 cup)
2 cups coconut water
ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Pit the peaches. Open a coconut with a cleaver and pour the water in the blender jar. Then scoop out the white meat with a spoon. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend well.
Strawberry and Acai Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
7 oz Acai Juice
½ cup soy milk
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup granola
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together except for the granola for approximately 30 seconds. Top with granola and enjoy!
Energy Smoothie with Acai and Strawberries
Ingredients:
8 oz. Açaí juice
8 whole strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for approximately 20-30 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency. Serve chilled.
Diet Watermelon Smoothie
Ingredients:
6-8 watermelon cubes, deseeded if desired
½ cup ice
1 cup low fat milk
1 scoop lemon sorbet
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 45 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency. Pour into a cup and serve.
Strawberry and Banana Diet Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup of low fat milk
1 cup ice
¾ cup non fat yogurt
5-7 strawberries
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. It will turn out to be a bit thick, but it will fill you up for a couple hours and allow you to cool off during those hot summer months.
Organic Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 organic avocado
1 organic mango
1 organic banana
½ cup organic milk
½ carton organic yogurt
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until you reach your desired consistency. Pour and serve.
Orange Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 sweet orange peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sliced fresh pineapple
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup of orange-pineapple juice or banana-orange-pineapple juice
1/2 cup of ice
Directions:
Blend the banana with the ice and juice till slushy. Add the oranges and pineapples slices and blend on high for around 1 minute until pineapples are finely blended. Enjoy your tropical smoothie.
Red, White, and Blue Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries
1 medium bananas
1 small plum
1 cup soy milk
Directions:
First cut up a few small chunks of the banana, strawberries, and the plum. Blend the bananas and the soy milk until bananas are well mixed. Add the strawberries and plums to the mixture and blend till color is changed and fruits are lightly broken up into chewable pieces. Now use a skewer and add the three small chunks of fruit and place on top of the serving container. This smoothie recipe is a great liquid drink combined with a fruit dessert.
P-P-P-Pomegranate Smooooothie
Ingredients:
1/3 cup silken tofu (about 3 oz.)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon honey
2 ice cubes
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
Ben and Jerry Cherry Smoothie Recipe
This recipe combines two favorites of many people, Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia and fresh cherries. A very sweet smoothie recipe with ice cream and cherry pieces.
Ingredients:
1 sweet orange peeled and sliced
1/2 cup pitted cherries
1/2 cup pitted and sliced cherry pieces
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia( Other flavors may work as well)
Directions:
Blend the unsliced cherries, ice cubes, banana, and ice cream until a smooth texture is formed. Sprinkle the sliced cherry pieces into your cup and pour the smoothie on top. Sprinkle more cherry pieces on top and enjoy a very 'cherry-ful' smoothie.
