Choose this level if: You have currently been working out < 6 months, have little knowledge of exercise, or just stating a fitness routine.
Choose this level if: You have been working out > 6 months but < 2 years, are somewhat knowledgeable in exercise and body mechanics, and want a challenge.
Choose this level if: You are an experienced athlete working out at least >2 years, are knowledgeable on exercise and body mechanics, and want an extreme challenge.
